Crushed raw quince pulp, honey, raw quince juice, rapeseed oil, salt, SOY sauce (water, SOYbeans, WHEAT, salt), herbs, spices (including paprika), natural flavourings, turmeric, stabiliser: xanthan gum.
A pleasantly sweet-and-tangy marinade featuring the distinctive freshness of quince, the natural sweetness of honey, and the aroma of carefully selected herbs and spices. A perfect combination that gives meat a delicate flavour and a harmonious balance of herbs and spices. Suitable for marinating various meats (poultry and pork), as well as fish and seafood, and ideal for pan-frying, grilling, or oven roasting.

Storage temperature: +2 to +6 °C.
After opening, keep refrigerated. Once opened, the product will keep for 2 months at +2 to +6 °C.
For meat:
Recommended dosage: 80 g/kg.
Marinate for 24–48 hours in the refrigerator (+2 to +6 °C).
For fish:
Recommended dosage: 15–20 g/kg.
Marinate for 2 hours in the refrigerator (+2 to +6 °C).
Cooking guidelines:
Chicken – 170 °C for 20 minutes
Meat – 180 °C for 25 minutes (depending on the size of the cut)
Fish – e.g. salmon: pan-sear skin side down for 5–7 minutes, then finish in the oven at 180 °C for 7 minutes (depending on the thickness of the fish)
